The future Merlion Tides Concert Hall will house three performance halls and a new outdoor public space along the Marina Bay waterfront, strengthening Singapore's identity as a global center for the performing arts. The building will include a 1,200-seat Concert Hall, a 1,000-seat Theatre Hall, and a 200-seat Recital Hall, supported by music studio, education and conference center, artists' lounges, administration offices, and a waterfront café. New outdoor public space extends the cultural experience beyond the building, creating an inclusive destination that welcomes visitors throughout the day and evening.
